Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Menvi app and the website menvi.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Menvi lets you save videos and files to generate automatic transcripts, catalogs, and summaries, with search by content. The Service is provided "as is", and we may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping your device and access secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Menvi.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Menvi only for content you have the right to access and process, in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of the source platforms of the videos. You are solely responsible for the content you save. You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to infringe the rights of others (including copyright), or to attempt to compromise the security of the system.

4. Third-party content

The videos processed belong to their respective authors and platforms. Menvi is a personal organization tool and claims no ownership over that content. You are responsible for respecting copyright and the rules of each platform.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Menvi offers a free trial and paid plans (Menvi Pro), monthly and yearly, with usage limits described in the app.
In the iOS app, payment and renewal are processed by Apple; on the website, by Cakto. The subscription renews automatically until canceled.
You can cancel anytime — on iOS, through your App Store account settings; on the website, through the payment provider. Canceling ends future renewal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow Apple's policies (in-app purchases) or the payment provider's policies (website).

6. Usage limits

Each plan has limits on the number of videos per period, shown in the app. We may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the Service stable for everyone.

7. Intellectual property

The Menvi software, brand, and design are our property. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. The content you save and the notes you write remain yours.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of automatically generated transcripts and summaries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy about data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated version.
